**What We Offer**

Interfor offers a competitive salary based on experience, skills, and

qualifications, with an expected range of **$104,000 - $135,000 (CAD)** per

**What You'll Do**

**What You Offer**

+ **Technical Expertise:** Deep experience with DevOps, SDLC, .NET, Azure, and modern application frameworks.

+ **Leadership:** Proven ability to lead teams and manage end-to-end software development lifecycles.

+ **Communication:** Strong verbal and written skills; able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.

+ **Agility:** Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban; thrives in energetic environments.

+ **Customer Focus:** Exceptional service orientation and ability to deliver solutions that drive business value.

+ **Education:** Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

+ **Experience:** 8+ years in Information Technology and 5+ years within an Application Development team.
