Job Description:
Planning, coordinating, and monitoring the receipt, order assembly and dispatch of furniture supplies and inventories.
Ensure adherence with health and safety procedures and standards in equipment handling and take proactive measures to improve existing procedures.
Handling the queries or problems of members and enforcing corrective steps to improve the working environment.
Address customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain hygienic storage of furniture and safeguard the handling of fragile items.




Keeping warehouse tools and equipment up to date and promptly report any maintenance or repair needs to management.
Manage the coordination of furniture supplies between the warehouse and showroom, ensuring proper storage and presentation.
Provide training to team members to ensure productive and accurate task completion.
Evaluate team members performance and prepare detailed reports for manager.
Manage sale and purchase of required furniture and other related equipment.
Perform other duties as required.

Job Requirements:
Post-secondary education is required.
Minimum 1-year experience in the field is required.
