We specialize in LTL & FTL freight, dedicated lanes, and long-term shipper partnerships. We are expanding our sales team and looking for driven professionals who can bring real clients and build long-term business.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a results-driven Freight Sales Representative who can actively find, approach, and onboard new shipping clients for our trucking and logistics services.

This role is ideal for someone who understands B2B sales, logistics, or freight brokerage and wants uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

- Find and acquire new clients (manufacturers, distributors, importers, 3PLs, retailers)
- Cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and relationship building
- Understand customer shipping needs and propose suitable freight solutions
- Secure LTL / FTL / dedicated lane contracts
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Coordinate with dispatch and operations for smooth onboarding
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

What We’re Looking For

- Proven sales experience (logistics, trucking, freight, or B2B preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills




- Ability to work independently and bring in clients
- Understanding of freight lanes, pricing, or shipping terms is an asset
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Experience with cold outreach is a big plus
