**Job Title: Assembler**

**Job Description**

This position involves assembling parts according to drawings and procedures, utilizing tools and fasteners to create high-quality products.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform a variety of subassembly and final assembly operations on units with varying shapes and sizes.

+ Follow established methods and procedures to complete designated assemblies using hand and power tools and test equipment.

+ Conduct, analyze, and record test results to ensure quality and compliance.

+ Ensure each job meets all requirements before leaving the work center.

+ Meet or exceed established production levels and participate in supplier development.

**Essential Skills**

+ 1.5+ years of experience performing mechanical assembly.

+ 1.5+ years of experience performing electrical assembly.

+ Experience using hand and power tools.

+ Experience working from blueprints, diagrams, and electrical schematics.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.

+ Familiarity with both electrical and mechanical assembly processes.

**Work Environment**

You will work in a medium-sized manufacturing company encompassing over 200,000 square feet. The facility includes 6 assembly workstations, 8 welding cells, a paint booth, and an epoxy mold department with more than 10 machines. The environment is very clean and brightly lit, ensuring comfortable working conditions. We offer shifts of straight days from 7am to 3:30pm and straight afternoons from 3:30pm to 12:00am with a shift premium.
