Position: Chef
Vacancy: 1
Wage: $35.00~37.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Work Hours: 6~8 hours per day or 30~40 hours per week (Full time)
Benefit: 4% of gross salary Vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities on the menu
- Plan menus and create recipe and ensure food meets quality standards.
- Estimate food requirements and may estimate food and labour costs.
- Supervise activities of all kitchen staff.
- Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs.
- Prepare and cook food on a regular basis and/or for special guests.
-Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3~5 years of cooking experience.
- Language: English is required.
- Education: Completion of Secondary School
