Construction Supervisor Job (Surrey)

Pagnotta Inc. is looking for 1 Construction Supervisor. This position will be full time with 8 hours a day and 40 hours per week. Our office is located at 1945-650 West Georgia Street Vancouver BC.

The Job Duties for this position will be:

Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of construction workers engaged in bricklaying, roofing, cement finishing, tilesetting, plastering, drywall installation, glazing, insulating and painting, and workers who install and service prefabricated products in residential and commercial properties, as well as workers who repair a wide variety of products
Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other subcontractors
Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Requisition materials and supplies
Train workers in job duties,



safety procedures and company policies
Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions
Prepare work progress reports
Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers and labourers

Job Requirements:

English is required as a language
Minimum one year of experience in construction field is required
High school diploma is required

What we offer:
$37.50 per hour
4% vacation pay
