Aionios SPA is looking for Sales Supervisor Retail to manage our location at: 138 Cumberland Str, Unit 7A,Toronto, Ontario M5R 1A6, $36.5/Hr, ability to supervise up to 10 employees, Min 3 yrs exp. required.

Duties:
*Plan, direct and evaluate daily operations·
*Manage staff and assign duties.·
*Determinate staffing requirements·
*Recruit and train staff·
*Determine merchandise and services to be sold·
*Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale·
*Perform cash deposits·
*Balance daily transactions·
*Prepare reports regarding sales volumes,
*merchandising and personnel matters·
*Resolve problems that arise such as customer complaints and supply shortages·
*Authorize payments by check and the return of merchandise·
*Customer service oriented

Skills/Qualifications:

* Minimum 3 years job related experience,
* Strong leadership skills
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Team player
* Strong people skill.

Education: Completion of high school
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Languages: Speak English, Read English
Salary: $30 per hour
