RevTalent is recruiting a Forestry Equipment Sales Representative on behalf of A.L.P.A. Equipment.
Under the supervision of the Branch Manager, the Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our various equipment brands: (Hyundai, JCB, etc.) within your assigned territory.
Sales Representative is vital in connecting our clients with their target markets by driving sales initiatives and building strong client relationships. Based in Canada, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of fostering growth through innovative sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within various industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to generate leads and support campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Be a passionate, self-directed team player
- Manage high volumes of quick turnarounds for deals
- Craft contracts suited to different clients' needs
- Bring a creative drive to demos and in office visits
- Traveling throughout the NS for meetings with contractors
- Close attention to details, organizational skills, and meticulous planning
- Strong sales planning and relationship-building skills
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or Forest Machinery sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in English
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of the construction sector and machine mechanics
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- A hunter mindset
- Ability to work up to 60hours a week
- Drivers license
- Passport
