Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience Work setting Staff accommodation provided Tasks Maintain financial and production records Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed Maintain quality control and production records Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations Maintain work records and logs Hire and train staff Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment Support for newcomers and refugees Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: facilitating access to community resources, language training, skills training, etc.) Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.)



Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition Support for youths Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work workplace for youth Support for Indigenous people Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers Support for mature workers Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports mature workers Provides staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers Work Term: Temporary Work Language: English Hours: 40 hours per week
