Overview

This role is for Weekday AI clients. We are seeking experienced venture capital experts based in the U.S., U.K., Canada, Europe, or Australia to participate in a research project with a leading foundational model AI lab. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a background in venture capital who are passionate about market research, investment analysis, and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

- Engagement Type: Fully asynchronous — work can be done on your own schedule.
- Commitment: Minimum of 10 hours per week.
- Duration: Initial 4-week engagement beginning in October, with robust potential for extension or rotation to future projects.
- Performance: Exceptional contributors will have increased opportunities for selection in future assignments.

Qualifications

- At least 2 years of experience working in venture capital at top firms.




- Expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Board materials preparation
- Market sizing and TAM analysis
- Investment summaries, analysis, and memos
- Deal sourcing and evaluation

- Based in the U.S., U.K., Canada, Europe, or Australia.

Compensation And Terms

- Pay Rate: $100 per hour, with potential increases for top performers.
- Payment Schedule: Weekly payouts via Stripe Connect, based on logged hours.
- Contract Type: Independent contractor with at-will terms.
