Interview Process: 2 rounds, max 3 30 mins virtual Work Location: (Hybrid) - Toronto, ON, must be able to go onsite 4 days per week.
Team Size: 15+ Project: technology delivery.
Sr PCO will support the Compliance portfolio of projects.
Will work closely with AVP of Compliance Delivery Best vs Average Candidate: Banking experience is ideal.
Strong stakeholder mgmt and communication skills.
Regulatory experience is a strong nice to have.
Strong Financial mgmt skills Roles/Responsibilities: RAID log management Ingestion of Risk/Action/Issue/Decision items, maintain coherency/currency of the RAID log Reporting Consolidation / Preparation of reporting materials (Weekly status report, ESC materials, ad-hoc requests) Interdependency Management Consolidation/Tracking of interdependencies across project workstreams as well as outside or project Financial Management Consolidation of monthly costs forecasts,
tracking of actual spend and analysis of variances between forecast and actuals, vendor accruals, invoicing.
Project change control Maintain PCR list and action related tasks/activities Artifact management Organize/track/index required artifacts and log exceptions/exemptions, assist during compliance / delivery assurance reviews Schedule Management track and report on identified tasks/deliverables/milestones, highlight/escalate slippages for action/attention Must Have Requirements: JIRA Confluence Clarity In-depth knowledge of MS Office applications (Powerpoint, Excel, Word) Must be proficient specifically in Power
Point and Excel.
Methodology Knowledge (PDLC, Agile, Hybrid) Project Monitor and Control Activities (Schedule Management, Reporting, RAID Management, Financial Management etc.) Large project/program delivery experience Nice To Haves: Share
