We are looking fora Guest Service Agent to join our Hotel team in Inuvik,NT .

Reporting to the Operations Manager, Hotel ,you will be the front-line representative for the hotel and will strive to provide an exceptional, proactive, and memorable experience for the guest.

Responsibilities: Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests of the hotel Verify customers'' credit, and establish how the customer will pay Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when guests report a problem Make and confirm reservations Assign and distribute room keys Perform bookkeeping duties such as balancing accounts and conducting nightly audits Keep records of room availability and guests'' accounts Record guest comments or complaints, referring them to managers when necessary Review accounts and charges with guests during the check-out process Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, guest registration, and travel directions Arrange tours, taxis,
