As a seasoned estimator in a design-build environment, this role involves preparing and delivering accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for institutional, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates by reviewing project drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, subcontractors, and project managers, to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
