Who are we looking for?

We are currently seeking an exceptional Business Law Lawyer to join our collegial and collaborative Business Services Division at our Head Office in London, Ontario.

Our ideal candidate will bring strong business and corporate law skills applicable to an owner-managed business law practice. Experience in Privacy and Cybersecurity matters will be considered a valuable asset.

Qualifications:

- In good standing with the Law Society of Ontario




- Applicants must possess a minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience practicing Business Law. Individuals with more extensive experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Ability to manage files independently with minimal guidance
- Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with an organized approach
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a collaborative setting
