We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an SAP Training Lead.
This postion can be based on our Edmonton, Ab office or in our Houston, TX.
This role will oversee the development, design and delivery of the SAP training plan across the organization.
The Training Lead will be responsible for establishing and coordinating the Super User Network for all SAP Modules, ensuring the appropriate Super Users are assigned based on assessment of technical strength.
The succsfull applicant will act as a liaison between the business units and the SAP Implementation team to ensure business process changes are adopted effectively.
The SAP Training Lead will travel between the Edmonton and Houston locations, and other Stream-Flo locations within the US and Canada as necessary during the implementation process.
This role will identify how the operations process are mapped within the current ERP system, ensuring all aspects of daily operations are represented, identify and capture process improvements.
The training lead will work as a change agent to ensure the process improvements, technical initiatives and objectives are met within the project timelines.
During the various phases of this project, this role will work with the team to ensure all aspects of the system is ready for the go live phase.
This position will be responsible for scheduling the rollout of the new ERP system, ensuring communication across the organization, troubleshooting any issues and work with the necessary teams to coordinate the appropriate training.
To be successful in this role this person must have a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development or another relevant Human Resources degree.
A minimum of five years of hands on experience with higher level instructional design, developing and leading SAP training classes, prior experience with S/4 HANA would be a plus in this role.
Prior experience with SAP system implementation within a manufacturing environment would be preferable.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as the administrator of LMS systems. The ability to travel up to 50% of the time is a must for this role. Proficiency with Microsoft office and Sharepoint. Excellent written and oral communication skills required for this role, along with solid presentation skills
