MindGeek is currently seeking self-motivated, determined and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team of Inside Sales Representatives.

The job: You will play an important role in the development and growth of the company. Your main responsibilities will be to take INBOUND interactions by phone, chat and e-mail and your main objective is to MAKE MONEY while giving the best possible experience to our customers.

Base pay + commissions

Average sellers earn $17.50/hr

Top sellers reach $22+/hr

Working Hours

Flexible start time (based on business needs) from 1pm to 4pm

8 hour shift – full time

Must also be available on weekends

What’s the job about?

- Taking inbound interactions from existing customers (calls/chats/emails).
- Handling multiple live interactions to ensure all customers are responded to within timely manner.
- Cross-selling promotional offerings to increase MindGeek’s brand exposure.

What You Need To Have

- Previous experience in sales or call center, preferred not required
- Proficiency in baseline computer skills (navigate between multiple web browsers)
- Ability to multi-task across multiple systems
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills
- Fluent in English
