To provide an extra service to our customers, we have a large fleet of fully equipped service vehicles and welding trucks. In conjunction with our Toyota line, we are also pleased to offer Aichi Scissor Lifts, Load Lifter Rough Terrain, and Kalmar high capacity trucks. This allows us to offer a wide range of products from power jacks to high capacity rough terrain container handlers. We are currently looking to fill the role of Service Supervisor in our Grande Prairie branch.

JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for the supervision and operation of the Parts, Service and Rental Departments in the Grande Prairie Branch.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervisor responsibilities for Service/Rental Coordinator, Technicians, and Parts Personnel • Oversee all Service Department functions including PM Program, daily dispatch of technicians, work in process, labour efficiency, repair estimates and customer satisfaction • Assist Service Technicians with diagnosis and repairs as required • Review and approve all repair estimates and provide guidance to staff as required • Monitor Service Estimate Tracker to ensure quoted jobs have achieved a resolution • Attend technical & supervisory training courses as/when they become available • Communicate with customers daily to provide updates on all service jobs in progress and ensure a high level of confidence in the work being conducted • Oversee the PM Program including working with dispatch daily/weekly/monthly to Complete all PM’s due and Monthly Reporting on Completions and Overall Program status to Territory Manager • Address any customer concerns quickly and professionally to achieve mutually agreeable resolutions • Send Service Quotes (estimates) to customers, follow-up on un-approved quotes, and track the outstanding quoting process from creation to completion • Work with Territory Manager to further the business in the territory • Review technician service reports and timecards daily to ensure completion and accuracy of submission • Assist Parts Personnel as required and ensure high degree of internal and external customer satisfaction • Make sure shop & yard is kept clean and organized • Work with Territory Manager & Senior Management on all Human resource functions as required including hiring, reviews, discipline, and future training requirements • Communicate Company policies/procedures to all staff and ensure that they are understood and followed regularly • Cross-Training with other roles within the Branch will be required (vacation backup for Parts, Service and Rental functions) • Adhere to dealerships Health and Safety policies

Salary Expectation: $48.00 to $55.00 per hour depending on experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS • Must be able to safely lift 70 lbs from the ground • Must have full arm, leg, and back mobility. Regular duties of this position require lifting, kneeling, bending as well as sitting for extended period of time
