Hello, We are an IT company in Toronto. We are currently hiring a full time office admin / receptionist. Responsibilities include: Answering phone calls and routing them appropriately Screening emails and route appropriately Create tickets from phone calls from customers Ordering supplies Printing shipping labels and schedule pick ups with FedEx Other office tasks as required Technical knowledge is a great asset. Must be fluent in English. Prior similar job experience is also an asset but not required. Pay between 16-20 per hour depending on experience. Please send resume and any other relevant info.
