The Sales Account Manager will effectively create and implement sales strategies to increase new business to our Company and promote services to various new business sources. This person plays a pivotal role in the support of InnoCare products by being a subject matter expert in supporting customers as well as in providing training to new customers.
Develops and Drives software sales strategy.
Works to improve organization's market position and meet revenue growth targets.
Foster customer relationships and be a key point of contact.
Provide Tier 1 support for all software products and coordinate service when beyond scope of knowledge.
Builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Identifying and maintaining strategic partnerships with external stakeholders and prospective clients
Significant collaboration with other divisions, specifically InnoCare operations and IT support teams
Utilize product knowledge and documentation to provide customers with appropriate product recommendations
Diligently record interactions with customers using Salesforce CRM
Effectively handle inbound customer communication (both by phone and email)
Initiate on-boarding process and ensure minimal deficiencies for completion of the process within service levels in order to exceed the customers expectation improve customer loyalty and satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service Responsible for the execution of a physician communication plan and ongoing maintenance of positive relations with the Physicians, their staff, and other internal/external key stakeholders
Post Secondary required.
2+ years of results-oriented sales experience.
Driven – you work hard to maximize your impact. You are constantly improving yourself and your techniques.
Detail-oriented – you value accuracy, and you know it’s important to be diligent in your notes and records. A great communicator – Solid prospecting abilities, negotiation, presentation, and Closing skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, PowerPoint experience
Experience using Sales Force will be considered an asset
Demonstrable experience in delivering effective pitches and contract negotiations
