A combination of low-rise family suites and an adult high-rise community make Empire Park truly unique. Our high-rise is serviced by two elevators and a centrally located laundry room. It features 1 and 2 bedroom suites, all of which include 3 appliances. Our 2 bedroom walk-up apartment homes include 3 appliances and a centrally located laundry facility. Our 3 bedroom suites have 5 appliances which include a full-size washer and dryer. Fully enclosed, heated underground parking is also available.
The primary function of the Leasing Agent is to provide exceptional customer service. The incumbent must be able to perform the necessary sales and leasing functions to achieve the occupancy goals set out by the company. Leasing Agents will be required to assist with the administrative and operational function of the site when required. This position reports to the Site Manager.
Work Hours: Tuesday-Thursday 10am-7pm, Friday 8am-5pm, Saturdays 11am-4pm. Hours may change due to operational requirements.
As an energetic individual, you will have demonstrated exceptional customer service in your current position. You will be computer literate, possess knowledge of acts, laws and legislation as it pertains to residential property management and have experience in an office setting. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are needed for this position. 2 years of direct sales experience is required.
