Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
- Enter and process new orders accurately in the ERP system
- Confirm receipt of orders with customers and manage ship confirmation process
- Handle freight scheduling, trailer tracking, and freight quote solicitation
- Process manual BOL, verify invoicing, and enter shipments in SharePoint
- Respond promptly to incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
- Escalate customer issues to project manager or regional customer manager as needed
- Track service issues from opening to resolution and maintain customer contact list
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and provide training to other CS team members
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and French
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
- Three or more years of experience in order entry and customer service in a manufacturing workplace
- Proficient computer skills including Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and order management systems
- Strong problem‑solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and effective decision‑making in a timely manner
