REMOTE: Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Pla (British Columbia)

Our multinational IT consulting services client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform implementation. This includes managing scope, budget, resources, and timelines, while coordinating across business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption.

Note: Should be Vancouver Based, Remote but with occasional on-site meetings
6 months contract to start, potential for renewal

Must Have:
7+ years in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies
3+ years managing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects.
5+ years managing cross-functional teams (developers, architects, analysts).
5+ years in project planning, scheduling,



budgeting, and risk management .
5+ years using project management tools (Azure DevOps, MS Project, Jira, etc.).
Robust communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with enterprise IT governance, compliance, and security .
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.

Nice to Have:
2+ years in CRM/Customer Service process management (case management, omnichannel, SLAs).
Experience with Microsoft cloud ecosystem (Azure, M365, Teams integration)

Duties:
Lead end-to-end delivery of the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform project.
Coordinate developers and technical leads working on Power Pages, Power Apps, and Dynamics 365.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resources.
Facilitate requirement gathering and translate business needs into technical outcomes.
Oversee UAT, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
Track progress through KPIs and reports to stakeholders.
Support change management and user training/adoption initiatives.
Ensure quality and adherence to Microsoft best practices.
