Receive and respond to incoming calls, emails, and live chats regarding orders, shipments, and quote requests, while promoting the company's products, services, and training.

Collaborate closely with the shipping team to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

Build strong, positive relationships with customers, offering consultative solutions and personalized service.

Enter customer information into ACCPAC and CRM, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Make outbound calls to promote products, services, and training, as well as communicate promotions and carry out proactive upselling and cross-selling.

Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and courtesy at all times.

Actively participate in internal projects as needed.

Ensure customer data management, ensuring it is regularly updated and accurate in the CRM system.

Follow, understand, and apply all procedures related to your role while staying attentive to communications from your managers.
