General Description of the Role:

As our HR Manager, you will:

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4 HR professionals
- Align HR strategies with business goals to drive performance, engagement, and retention
- Champion a positive, inclusive workplace culture that reflects our values
- Oversee HR operations, including compensation and benefits, performance evaluations, employee relations,



training and development programs, recognition initiatives, and HR project management
- Partner with leadership on organizational development and workforce planning
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, payroll practices, and HR best practices
- Use data and insights to continuously improve how we work and grow

Education:

- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

As our HR Manager, you bring:

- 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Deep knowledge of HR functions
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, or similar fast‑paced, operational environments
- Solid understanding of payroll processes and collaboration with finance teams
- Experience working with U.S.-based operations (an asset)
- Proficiency with HRIS systems
- Strong bilingual fluency in French and English
