experienced In-House Counsel to join our team and serve as a trusted legal advisor across the business.

Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dynamic financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Conduct variance analysis comparing actual results to budget/forecast and provide clear insights and explanations.
- Analyze profitability by product line, customer segment, and operational channel.
- Build and maintain complex Excel models to support scenario planning, business case development, and investment decisions.
- Support pricing strategy development and margin optimization through in-depth financial analysis.
- Assist in building commission models and incentive plan analytics.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages including KPIs, executive dashboards, and variance explanations.
- Translate large datasets into actionable insights that support operational and strategic goals.
Business Support
- Partner with Product, Sales,
and Customer Experience to evaluate business performance and ensure financial alignment.
- Support ad hoc financial analysis requests from leadership and business partners.
Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial reporting and planning activities.
- Automate recurring reporting and modeling tasks where possible to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in FP&A;, financial analysis, or related roles.
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Experience with financial systems and BI tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly.
