General Manager, Production (Collision Repair Centre) – Mississauga. We are seeking an experienced General Manager, Production to oversee the daily operations of the Aviva AutoCare Centre.

What You’ll Do

- Oversee daily activities including scheduling repairs, managing inventory and ensuring the auto body shop operates effectively and efficiently.
- Share responsibility in the overall profitability of the centre while focusing on the customer experience and cost containment.
- Identify opportunities that promote customer satisfaction and process improvement.
- Ensure that all repairs are completed to a high standard and meet industry regulations using a repair‑first mentality.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and the body shop team.
- Maintain quality and technical standards within the site.
- Deliver on promises made to customers ensuring they are without their vehicles for the shortest possible time.
- Identify causes of issues and blockages which interrupt the flow of work through the workshop and problem solve.
- Commit to an environment of continuous improvement.
- Hire, train and supervise technicians and support staff, ensuring they are trained,



skilled and motivated.
- Make decisions based on knowledge and data; complete performance reviews and development of talent.

What You’ll Bring

- Minimum of 5 years management experience working within the collision repair industry.
- Post‑secondary education.
- Previous leadership experience in the automotive industry.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Leadership skills and strong customer service skills.
- Strong knowledge of automotive/equipment preventative maintenance, refurbishment and repair practices and procedures.
- Excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to multi‑task.
