Working within the eCommerce team, the Ecommerce Specialist will support the optimisation of our website, aiming to increase revenue across all categories. You will manage large data sets and regularly organise and upload creative assets to the website. This role will initiate and deliver findings from analysis for changes and improvements that will increase conversion and grow sales. Working alongside other internal departments, you will find key actionable insights and continually improve the shopping journey for our customer.

Responsible for the execution of all website content and campaigns in line with briefs which include frequent website audits to building an exceptional experience on
Manage the onsite execution of products ensuring all products are in the correct collections, recommendation zones and are visually merchandised to drive performance or manage stock availability
Work with the product team to ensure that products have complete information for all new launches whilst continuously improving current product information
Responsible for the management of incoming E-commerce enquiries responding promptly with solutions and escalating when required
Produce weekly and monthly product performance reports for all stakeholders which includes the performance of content zones
Contribute to the development and implementation of key processes/ system changes in E-commerce and the business
Review competitor activity across both retail stores and online to understand the market place and environment
Deputise for the E-commerce Manager when required

A post-secondary degree or certificate in related discipline e.g., marketing, ecommerce, business administration or equivalent work experience
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms considered an asset
Experience with merchandising platforms would be advantageous
A ‘can do’ attitude paired with a passion for product
Strong communications and time management skills
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and to work effectively with cross functional teams
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
