The Challenge:
Imagine having the opportunity to build and grow your own sales team and help them sell best-of-breed SaaS products within an untapped B2B North American territory. Imagine leading your team to help non-profits raise the funding they need to make the world a better place.

Reporting to the General Sales Manager,

you will lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives selling Metasoft’s fundraising software to non-profits and charities in North America and meet the team's new business acquisition objectives.

Your main responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching and retaining top sales talent as well as helping your team members grow and exceed their targets.

About You:
An expert in managing inside sales teams in a B2B, consultative selling environment
Solid track record in meeting sales targets and an undeniable drive to succeed
Excellent solution selling, objection handling, closing skills and a hunter mentality
Strong leadership, mentoring, coaching, motivational skills and a hands-on approach supporting your team
Experience/knowledge in a non-profit and/or fundraising environment is a plus.
