The Global Identity & Access Management (GIAM) organization is responsible for the execution and governance of established security controls pertaining to identity and access. This includes the centralized provisioning and periodic certification of user identities, the user accounts linked to those identities, management of privileged access, as well as the selection and integration of identity management tools.
The mandate of the Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM), within GIAM,
is to centrally provision all identities for employees/contractors/vendors that require access to Scotiabank’s network according to established, standardized processes. The mandate of the team also includes governance activities that periodically certify the continued appropriateness of access of these identities to Bank systems.
Reporting to a Senior Manager, the Senior Identity & Access Management Administrator will provision & de-provision access entitlements for Scotiabank employees, contractors and vendors on various technology platforms globally.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
You have at least 3 - 4 years of technical working experience in user provisioning or technical support.
You have at least 2 - 3 years of technical working experience in managing users and user permissions in both Active Directory (AD) and Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) systems.
You have at least 2 - 3 years of technical working experience in managing user mailboxes for Microsoft Exchange / Office 365 (O365).
You possess good verbal and written communication skills in English. The same in Spanish is an asset.
You have good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives.
You have a post-secondary education in Computer Science or technical equivalence.
Experience managing users and user mailboxes in Lotus Notes would be an asset.
