In this position you may participate in:
Support Medical Operations ensuring delivery of our Strategy aligned to both World-Wide Medical Affairs Objectives and our Canadian Narrative which includes;
Divisional and Product strategy and implementation,
Capability development and reporting / analysis.
Assist with coordination of team meetings, including divisional leadership meetings and execution against deliverables.
Assist in Medical Affairs Capability Program planning and execution. (Project Management)
Assist in GSK’s Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM) deployment and other Digital Initiatives. (Project Management)
Assist with managing Medical grant requests, documentation, and payment.
Assist in development and implementation of process improvement activities.
Actively participate in projects to support departmental or divisional activities.
Special Working Conditions
Demonstrated ability to manage confidentiality is important – some of the projects within the remit of the department can be highly sensitive business initiatives.
Metrics & ad hoc requests
Support the collection, extraction and analysis of performance metrics for the Medical Division and work with business owners to implement measures to ensure medical deliverables are on track.
University Degree and working towards Masters
Component written French, and preferable spoken French
Strong computer skills to work with various databases and MS Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint,)
Strong business interest and aptitude.
Critical, Innovative and solution-based thinker
Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity and build upon what is needed and known.
Accountable for results and resourceful.
Proven ability to take initiative and lead projects.
Able to work in a highly dynamic environment – able to shift priorities at short notice and stay organized
Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to interface with external, internal and GSK international customers in a matrix environment
Adaptive communication style with ability to influence and build relationships with others across Divisions.
