Assumption Life is looking for a qualified person as a Customer Service Agent within the Group Insurance group. The incumbent of this position is responsible for providing customer service (telephone and paper and e-mail requests) according to the scales already established by the coordinator. The service offered by this role includes answering the questions or problems requested by the claimants (the client) or multiple administrative questions by the plan administrators and / or brokers.

This role consists of several administrative tasks that require the incumbent to "multi-tasking" and have a sense of prioritization

What you'll doResponsibilities


Answer phone calls regarding administrative requests (denied claims, type of coverage, etc.)
Responds to e-mails assigned on a daily basis including adding employees, terminating, etc.
Ensures the production and sending of cards and leaflets
Responsible for answering questions about monthly billings sent to customers
What you'll needQualifications
Post-secondary diploma in office techniques
Strong French and English skills (oral and written)
Demonstrates basic computer capabilities of Microsoft Office software
Decision-making and autonomy
Be able to input very accurate data into the system.
Work on specific timelines on certain tasks
