We're looking for passionate, energetic, self-driven Digital gurus to work in the Digital Banking team at Laurentian Bank. Responsabilités :

In this role you will: º Lead agile teams in solving customer problems from ideation to delivery that align with our business objectives. º Build business cases for product enhancements and obtain stakeholder buy-in. º Define and communicate the product roadmap º Prioritize product enhancements and manage the product backlog. º Collaborate with marketing partners to raise awareness and with finance partners to measure the business value generated. º Collaborate with the Digital Performance team to measure, learn and adapt from product launches. º Communicate on behalf of the team with stakeholders and executives. The ideal candidate has: º A proven track record in digitally solving customer problems that realize substantial business value º Great product instinct based on intellectual curiosity for emerging digital technologies and best practices º The technical aptitude to collaborate with the delivery team and external partners to make effective technology scope and feature trade-offs. º Strong quantitative reasoning º Outstanding communication and presentation skills, and is able to inspire the team and persuade stakeholders. º Excellent leadership skills who puts the team first and is energetically collaborative. º A deep passion for constant learning, agile and lean methodologies, and practicing relentless improvement

Qualifications :

º 6 to 8 years specific product management experience in digital with a deep, holistic understanding of the digital user experience (including online, tablet and smartphone, user behaviour, and the underlying technical architecture) º 2 years of product management experience in an Agile environment º Passion and familiarity with lean product management methodologies. º Entrepreneurial, startup, or corporate innovation experience º Computer Science, MBA or other relevant degree
