POSITION: Recruitment Coordinator
The ROCKWOOL Group’s main business area is building insulation, providing thermal comfort along with fire safety and acoustical comfort for all types of buildings.
This is the Role:
The Recruitment Coordinator will report directly to the NA Recruitment Specialist and will be based out of the Milton Head Office. You will be responsible for managing full cycle recruitment processes, including but not limited to, posting vacancies, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews and conducting phone screens. You will ensure HR consistently delivers high quality candidates to the business with a positive experience for hiring manager and candidate. You will also be responsible for supporting and strengthening our end-to-end recruitment process; driving a customer service focused recruitment process for hiring managers and candidates.
This is what you offer:
- HRM or Business related Bachelor level degree
- 1+ years’ internal/external recruiter experience or HR admin experience
- Understanding of sourcing through social media (Linked-in, twitter, facebook, etc.)
- Strong multi-tasking and organization skills
- Good proficiency level of English language
- Proactive, result and future oriented, strong communication and negotiation skills, unbiased, acts independent, but also team-player
- MS Office skills and IT savvy in general
- Willingness & Ability to travel up to 10%
