Additional Job Description

What You’ll Do

- Maintain the overall relationships and accountabilities for loyalty partner programs
- Provide analysis and input into the ongoing development of the loyalty partnerships
- Develop loyalty integration / implementation plans and manage launch of strategic initiatives, working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strengthen partnership effectiveness through assessment and development of PC Optimum functionality, promotions and marketing strategies
- Provide analytical insights into the performance of partner programs, based on trends in actual performance and benchmarks
- Prepare recommendations on new business opportunities and optimization of current programs
- Support the Director on special strategic projects and initiatives as required

What You’ll Need

- Post-secondary education equivalent to a university degree in business, finance, marketing or equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant experience in business development, partnerships management, management consulting, strategy or equivalent. Experience in retail or loyalty would be an asset.
- Effective organizational skills with a strong attention to detail while managing multiple projects or workstreams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the capability of building compelling presentations
- Self-starter: demonstrated initiative and willingness to take ownership and learn
- A creative thinker who is comfortable working with ambiguity, ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders; able to effectively communicate issues, actively engage and influence, and work collaboratively as a team member
- Knowledge in financial analysis and excel modelling is an asset; ability to build financial business cases for the purpose of providing recommendations and highlighting financial implications
