Position Summary

As the Student Consulting Assistant, you will get to work with a faculty member to provide consulting services to an organization looking to undergo strategic planning and change management.

In this role, you will be responsible to undertake survey creation, administration and analysis pertaining a strategic planning initiative.

Project responsibilities include:

- Develop qualitative survey for gathering information from stakeholders
- Administer survey and follow up with participants
- Analyse results of survey to enable strategic planning
- Compile planning report


- Good understanding of survey creation, administration and analysis

- Effective written and oral communication skills; effective research techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or with minimal supervision, self-directed, focused worker; strong organizational and time management skills; excellent attention to detail; ability to adhere to strict timelines; carefully follows directions and instructions.
